This year before my birthday, we opted to do the Chef’s Tasting Menu at Cedar + Elm, led by Executive Chef Luke Kolpin. It’s the restaurant within the renovated The Lodge at St. Edward Park.
They have done a wonderful job refurbishing the structure, and it was nice to visit the park again. I used to mountain bike here in the early ’00s.

The meal began with bubbly and three snacks.




The snacks were followed by a five course meal.









We also wandered their art gallery located in the main hallway.







All in all, it was a delightful meal. We’d like to return for future seasons.
Post visit realization, Chef Luke was on Top Chef in 2022. I thought he looked familiar. 😉
